Metroid

On this episode, we head back to the Nintendo Entertainment System for a space trip to the planet Zebes where one of Nintendo's most beloved franchise was born. Guest host Alexander Harder and I breakdown the game to see if the original 1986 Metroid holds up as one of the best on the system and as the memorable introduction to the bounty hunter herself, Samus Aran. Does the original game hold up as the great first chapter in this amazing franchise or is better to just let it drift out alone in the cold in space? Find out on this in-depth, loose, and spoiler-filled conversation.
