Mia Finding your own path finding health in the process

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Mia who shared her powerful story of what it was like to be a young kid and dealing with health issues. The hospital is already a scary place and to grow up as a kid needing to go to the hospital to treat a chronic condition with endless bloodwork tests sounds heartbreaking. When you do not have your health and there is no one who can diagnose or fix your health issues then you are left feeling powerless and unsafe. But Mia’s story is also about reclaiming her strength and deciding her own life path as she decided to move across the country, against her family and friends judgment to seek alternative medicine in the medicinal space — this was before the current cultural shift in mindset about the positive health related benefits of medical marijuana.
