Miami Mike Is Glad Baseball Is Back

from "The Rant" - With Miami Mike Hosted by Scott Bibbs

visit: http://www.itisallaboutsports.com/ Miami Mike is glad to see the start of baseball season and this should be a good year for the two Florida teams the Rays and the Marlins , not many people are picking the Marlins to do much this year but Mike thinks they can compete this year and give the home town fans a reason to go to the ball park all season. The Marlins have some good young talent on the team especially with their young star pitcher Jose Fernandez. The NL East this year is not that tough of a division and this is the reason Mike thinks Marlins could surprise some people and they have won the first two games of the season. Mike thinks Rays should be a good team again and be in playoff contention all year, the Rays lost to the Red Sox in the playoffs last year, but Mike thinks this could be the year they break through and beat the Red Sox and get to a World Series they have some good young talent as well as a blend of veteran players to make up a solid squad. The Rays resigned David Price their Cy young award winner from two years and also have the AL rookie of the year in Wil Myers, the Rays have split their first two games but this should be an entertaining year down at the trop, Join Mike next time when he talks about the Dolphins and the Heat It Is All About Sports Email:[email protected]
