Miami Police vs. Cyclist

A Miami Beach cyclist says he was just steadying himself on a cruiser, but cops saw him continuing on his merry way as "evading" or “disorderly conduct” and arrested him. One person’s balance move is apparently another’s felony in the same way "nearly denting" is the same as "multiple dents". We're sure this will end well for these officers.
