She's a City of Miami resident and practices Civil Law on Biscayne Boulevard in the Edgewater district. Ms. Muir is active with the campaigns of several local elected judges. Jane Muir's research indicates that the referendum City of Miami voters will be presented with on August 25th contains a 99 year lease extension for Bayside Mall tied to plans to give away public water frontage to a private developer for the proposed 1000' skyrise project. Furthermore, she says the contracts governing the facility would potentially allow casino gambling.
