Joycelyn Brown is a managing attorney at the Miami-based international property law firm called IPS Legal Group P.A. She received her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008. Following law school, Ms. Brown worked as an associate at one of Florida’s most respected law firms where she represented companies in a variety of matters including intellectual property and contract disputes, complex litigation, and employment matters. In 2015, Ms. Brown was recognized as one of the top 40 Under 40 Black Professionals in Miami. Ms. Brown is also an adjunct professor at Miami-Dade College.
Leigh-Ann Buchanan is the President of aīre ventures, a social impact venture studio, and she is a writer, facilitator, and sought-after strategic advisor who helps leaders develop REDI strategies that leverage tech, innovation, and social design to accelerate organizational and community change. She has developed content and solutions for public and private sector leaders, including Google, Facebook, Delta, P&G Ventures, AirBnB, HSBC and UBS. Her insights and contributions have been featured in NY Times, Inc. Magazine, NPR, Bloomberg, the American Psychological Association, ABA Law Journal and more.
