面對不可理喻的人事

雖然「以和為貴」(善良)是一件美德，但太過頭卻反而會對自己造成傷害，但當有人觸碰到你的底線，面對不可理喻的人事，必須勇敢地拒絕甚至出手反擊！這其實是一種很常見的心理防禦手段，沒有必要對此覺得抱歉，而且被別人冒犯時如果沒有反抗的話，很容易就會被貼上「好欺負」的標籤，如此一來這樣的情況可能會層出不窮。以和為貴固然重要，不過心理健康更是不可忽視，學著尊重、善待是每個人的人生中最重要的一課。
