Michael studied behavioral economics and psychology, spent almost a decade in finance trading commodity options, and founded the executive coaching company efive. He's the Head Coach + Chief of Staff at Optimize Enterprises, Public Benefit Corporation. Together with Brian Johnson, he launched and lead over 1,000 coaches from over 50 countries in a year-long Optimize Coach certification program. Michael teaches and speaks on personal growth, positive psychology, peak-performance, habit creation, wellness, relationships, and leadership.
