During this episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Michael Collins. Michael is a social worker from Omagh, Northern Ireland. During this episode Michael talks about his life growing up in war and conflict. Through this experience, he began to struggle with behaviours and negative feelings. Over time he reframed his picture of himself, looking at the good, the bad & the ugly.
