Zach sits down with Mike Harrison out of Ponte Vedra High School. They reminisce on their first time meeting and begin to discuss building culture in the athletic department. Mike talks about what it is like to take over after someone and how to begin adjusting and adding in his own touches without making massive changes right away. They discuss student athlete awards and the process of giving these awards out throughout the seasons and school year.
