In today’s Minutes: Michael Kors has announced a plan to buy Versace for $2.1B and rename the company “Capri Holdings,” Qualcomm is suing Apple - claiming the latter stole Qualcomm’s chip design and gave it to Intel to make cheaper hardware, Arby’s owner continues its expansion by purchasing fast food company Sonic, and it may turn out that looking like you work 80 hours a week is more productive than actually working 80 hours a week.
