This week I had the pleasure of sitting down with Mike Laidler,  a guy who has been in the business of serving and protecting at for the majority of his adult life. Starting as a police officer in Tallahassee Fl back in the mid 2000's, he had worked for US Customs and Border Patrol and now currently as an Associate Warden for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Beyond all that he is an accomplished author, ( Greatness Beyond the Badge) as well as sought after keynote speaker.
