Bloomberg Opinion columnist Barry Ritholtz interviews acclaimed journalist Michael Lewis, whose best-selling books include "Flash Boys: A Wall Street Revolt," "The Big Short: Inside the Doomsday Machine," and "Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game." After graduating from Princeton and the London School of Economics, Lewis worked on the bond desk at Salomon Brothers, an experience he recounted in his first book, "Liar's Poker."
