Michael McKenry on Paul Skenes' odd year, if Andrew McCutchen should be back

Carmen Mlodzinski has struggled in the rotation and Michael doesn't like the changes he's made with his pitching mentality and mechanics. The Pirates are claiming fatigue is bothering Paul Skenes. He thinks it's very alarming. Michael thinks the Pirates should sign Andrew McCutchen to a minor league deal and potentially have him up in the majors in September.
