However, the demanding hours took him away from what mattered most: family. Seeking more balance, Michael transitioned into the financial services industry but quickly realized that selling insurance wasn’t aligned with his passion or purpose. That clarity led to something greater. Drawing from his operational background and alongside his wife Becky — whose expertise in offshoring and workforce strategy shaped the vision — the two launched Secure Virtual Solutions (SVS). Today, SVS helps small businesses streamline operations and reclaim their time by integrating skilled, professionally managed virtual assistants into their teams.
