Michael Zimmerman -- Neon Galactic -- Episode 29

from Neon Galactic with James Faulk · host James Faulk and KEET-TV

On this episode of Neon Galactic, we interview Professor Michael Zimmerman from the University of Colorado at Boulder, whose long-time interest in the phenomenon started in childhood and later blossomed into an area of intense study and concern over where the exactly the phenomenon may be leading us, and what it may indicate about humanity’s future. Zimmerman has written numerous academic papers on UFOs and the abduction phenomenon, and developed a working relationship with Harvard University psychiatrist and professor John Mack in the 1990s. Zimmerman in this interview discusses the technological ramifications of contact with NHI, and what that contact may be telling us about ourselves and what our current paradigms allow us to value. We discuss the thinking of philosopher Martin Heidegger, and how it relates to humanity’s ongoing struggle to balance our technological worldview with our humanity, as well as insights developed and put forward by Jacques Vallee, Diana Pasulka, and James Madden. We also discuss AI, and what role that may be playing in our now fever-pitched societal recognition and debate over UFOs, UAPs, and NHI, and how the humanities will have a vital role in helping humanity adjust to a reality that may be way more vast and complicated than we ever realized.
