Michaela Boyle- Former D1 and Pro Hockey Player Talks Being Your Authentic Self, Huge Lessons from Hockey, and her Advice for Young Players!
from Four Minutes with Fiona · host Fiona Hatton
Today I talked with Michaela Boyle! Michaela played Division One hockey at Clarkson where she was a national champion her freshman season, then transferred to Robert Morris, and finally Boston College. After college, she played a year for the Buffalo Beauts before moving to pursue her dreams of coaching! Now she lives in Minneapolis and coaches Breck's high school hockey team, as well as working with BreakAway Hockey Academy and OS Hockey! We had a great conversation about what she learned from hockey, her advice for young players, and gaining confidence in your authentic self! I love this episode because we finish by talking about meaningful friendships and why having a small circle of close friends is the best gift. I am so glad we got to chat, it was a pleasure to hear from Michaela today! * * * FOUR MINUTES WITH FIONA PODCAST A four-minute podcast with athletes, entrepreneurs, and high achievers.
