Michele Pavlich

Christian Capitalist Podcast With Rich Sanders Baked with Faith: Michele Pavlich on Covenant Cookies, Mustard Seeds & Stepping Out in Purpose In this sweet and Spirit-filled conversation, host Rich Sanders sits down with Michele Pavlich, founder of Covenant Cookie Creations, to explore the divine inspiration behind her faith-based cookie business. From growing up in Elyria, Ohio to living a military family life that spanned Alaska to Florida, Michele shares how her calling was born not just out of nostalgia—but out of prayer, fasting, and deep spiritual alignment. With stories of her late sister, her father, and her transformative 21-day fast, Michele weaves together faith, service, small business, and spiritual discipline into a powerful testimony. Each cookie she bakes takes three days—intentionally mirroring the resurrection—and each one is prayed over as a vessel for God's mustard seed. Her story is a reminder that your work can be your worship, and even a cookie can carry the gospel.
