This week's episode starts off with some Fun Facts as Michele goes through the cheapest and most expensive detached home properties in the area!Special guest Rudy from Odor Cleanse joins the show to explain his product and how its helping home sellers, buyers and everyone else too!Odor Cleanse uses a nano-technology that deoderizes and sanitizes with a vapor so that it gets to all the nooks and crannies. This product doesn't mask a smell or use a perfume, this is a 'green' system that is food safe and natural.A study done in Ontario revealed that 48% of buyers had 'smell concerns' when looking at homes, and that the smell of a home could affect the price anywhere from 5-20%!Some obvious smells that people would want to remove are from pets, smoking and cooking. Beyond that, this system has been helping in the sports and school world as well. While the odor is being killed, at the same time the area is being sanitized, which means sickness goes down as well.
