Her mother had recently passed from Alzheimer's and Michele was grieving and feeling lost without her best friend. From her very first class, Michele became a changed person. She took a quantum leap and knew in an instant that she could release her built up stress and begin a new life.Within just a few years, Michele then let go of her job opening restaurants and committed herself to yoga and becoming a yoga teacher. Since then she opened a now world famous yoga studio in San Jose, California. And she just won the 50+ division of the International Yoga Sport Competition in Bejing, China.Michele reminds us to always be patient, compassionate and loving to ourselves and others.
