She did get help and is now almost 9 months sober. This also means that she’s been able to get back to running which is something she has always loved. She shares her story in the hope that anyone else in a similar situation can see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Jenni and Michelle also discuss the impact of early menopause on fitness and how you can tailor your workout for your body.
