Before I got to where I am today, there was a path I took to get here. There were plenty of ups and downs. There was a constant bombardment of questions I had to act upon at every career and personal crossroad. But, despite all of the uncertainty, despite the moments of fear and utter confusion, my alignment never changed. I was giving meaning and texture to those fears in the moment, but what I began to understand throughout my journey came down to a simple, but powerful, shift in mindset. I learned that I needed to befriend uncertainty.Once I started trusting the path I was on, fear no longer had space to breathe. As I became more comfortable with the uncertainty that lingered, everything started to make sense. I landed my dream job, which led to more confidence, which led to building a successful company, and ultimately, starting this podcast. In today’s episode, I want to share my journey with you. We all have the potential to wake up and realize our infinite potential. But we can’t just sit and wait for a plan to appear. We have to trust in the process and make peace with the uncertainty that comes with crafting our own unique story.
