Here’s to a new year, a new decade, and new momentum! After a long holiday break filled with rest and quality time with family and friends. For the first time in a long time, I was able to reside in a single space with no plans pulling me in different directions. If you’ve been following along with this podcast over the past year and a half, you’ll know that 2019 was a year of travel, filled with amazing growing, healing, and exciting experiences. This holiday break provided me some space to really reflect on the past year and create new momentum to start off this new decade.
