Michelle Wasner: Oral History Interview

This interview is with Michelle Wasner of Seufert Winery. In this interview, Michelle talks about how her life before she got into wine, how she found a passion for it, and where that journey led her. She discusses how she came back to Oregon, her initial impressions, what it was like starting the business, her philosophy, and what it was like growing the business. Michelle goes on to speak about how she balances others’ needs, what she hopes people take away from their wine, and the role of food in their events. Towards the end of the interview, Michelle touches on how they have been affected by COVID-19, the changes she’s seen in the industry since she first entered, and what she sees for the future.
