As a previous classroom teacher, what made you transition to Sylvan, and how do you encourage partnership with a student’s school teacher? You’ve had some quick growth (from 3 centers in 2017 to 11 centers in 2025)-how has your team managed that growth and the changes in roles that come with growth?
