Michigan Lands 7'2 Center Thiam from Transfer Portal

Michigan Wolverines secure significant transfer portal addition with seven-foot-two center Moustapha Thiam, ranked 14th overall and 3rd among centers by On3. Thiam brings substantial size and skills, averaging 12.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game last season. Hailing from Dakar, Senegal, he has two years left to contribute to Mays squad, potentially forming a formidable twin towers frontcourt. This marks Michigans third transfer portal success this offseason, bolstering their national top 10 transfer class and positioning them for a strong defense of their national title.
