Total Domination. Michigan Football, as expected, crushes Michigan State Football 49-0. Jim Harbaugh and his roster were clearly motivated to win big in East Lansing. In my analysis, I discuss how I think Michigan is the best team in the country along with Michigan State's future in the changing landscape of College Football. Michigan is No.1 in efficiency according to ESPN analytics, and also No.1 in Points per Play Margin and Yards per Point Margin by a significant lead. The Michigan Wolverines played with a vicious level of efficiency, passing for over 300 yards and rushing for over 100. Quarterback JJ McCarthy went 21-27 for 287 yards and 4 passing touchdowns, and he is now the betting favorite to win the Heisman Trophy. Blake Corum, Roman Wilson, Alex Orji, Colston Loveland, and Mike Sainristil all had touchdowns. Michigan State has more roster potential than their performances advertise. Running back Nathan Carter is a great player and quarterback Katin Houser has potential, but without good coaching and development, it is no surprise that the Wolverines held the Michigan State offense to under 200 yards.
