Michigan Football had a strange and concerning performance against Bowling Green last week. Quarterback JJ McCarthy threw 3 interceptions and he nearly had 2 more turnovers, along with the special teams having an ugly performance in the kick return game. On the year, McCarthy has 701 passing yards, 7 touchdowns, and 3 interceptions, while running back Blake Corum has 254 rushing yards and 6 touchdowns. Rutgers has an impressive quarterback and running back duo as well, with Gavin Wimsatt passing for 407 yards and 3 touchdowns and Kyle Monangai rushing for 357 yards and 5 touchdowns. Both teams have great defenses that excel at stopping the run and rushing the passer. My prediction for this game is that Michigan's offense finally dominates with the run and the pass, thanks to Jim Harbaugh's return. Rutgers Football will battle Michigan Football on the ground and use Wimsatt and Monangai to control the game, but the Wolverines will come out on top and run away in the 2nd half.
