Laura Jennings is a global technology leader, innovator, venture capitalist and, most recently, the Founder of Knack, an online purveyor of fine gifts. During her 12-year career with Microsoft, Laura led the strategic direction of some of Microsoft’s most well known products, including MSN and Exchange, and was responsible for the launch of the original Microsoft Office product.
