Mid-Life Crisis : Dear Men, is this what you are going through?

from Awkward Talks

I turned 50 last month. For a week or so before my birthday, I felt terribly low and anxious. I questioned every decision I had made till date. I fretted over future plans. Suddenly a cough or mild fever was made a huge deal in my head. I was furiously making plans to maximise every moment of the day. I was constantly looking for an adrenaline rush. I was not this person. So why this sudden fear? Mid-life crisis. It happens. When it hits, it hits hard. Some men get off with minor lifestyle changes, while others take off on a trajectory. This podcast is about making you aware that something like this exists. It happens to the best of us. But there is nothing to fear... All you need to do is understand the inevitable and be kind to yourself.
