Laura is a 35 year old runner, mom/wife, and certified athletic trainer from Tennessee. She's been been running since middle school, ran collegiately at University of Tennessee at Martin, then moved up in distance during grad school and beyond. She's ran 10 marathons so far with a PR of 3:04, and countless races at other distances throughout her running career. Her job as an AT has helped her with her own injury prevention/recovery and being a competitive runner has helped her relate to her athletes and help them in their athletic endeavors.
