MIDNIGHT MUG — EPISODE 07 ☕️✨ Midnight Mug is a two-hour musical journey: the first hour selected by me, followed by a guest whose musical world deserves to be explored beyond the usual club setting. For Episode 07, I'm especially happy to welcome the Rotterdam-based DJ and selector @aysdj I've been connected with Ays for several years, despite never having met in person. Our shared passion for discovering and sharing music immediately became a meeting point, and her genuine taste, curiosity and love for music can be felt throughout this entire selection. A resident at Operator Radio, Ays is also the co-founder of Love Transmission, the Rotterdam party welcoming respected guests from across the international scene. For Midnight Mug, she intentionally moved away from the idea of a conventional DJ mix and created a selection designed to be listened to and enjoyed from beginning to end. Her hour moves beautifully through jazz, gospel, boogie, fresh releases and plenty of feel-good soul.
