Black Bean BrowniesIngredients:1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed2 tablespoons coconut oil or any neutral oil½ cup maple syrup or agave syrup⅓ cup cocoa powder½ cup rolled oats or oat flour1 teaspoon vanilla extract½ teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon salt½ cup chocolate chipsInstructions:Start by draining and rinsing a can of black beans thoroughly. Pat the beans dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.Place the black beans in a food processor or blender along with the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth.Add the cocoa powder, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt to the blender. Blend again until all the ingredients are well combined. The batter should be thick and smooth. If it’s too thick, add a tablespoon of water to help it blend. Once the batter is well-blended, stir in the chocolate chips.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly with coconut oil to prevent sticking. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the pan.Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center. Avoid overbaking.
