Affected: White shell eggs and brown cage-free shell eggs sold under multiple brands, including Kroger, Simple Truth, Brookshire’s, Country Morning, Sunups, and bulk food-service packages, with plant codes P-1950 or 0840962, Julian Dates 157–184, and Best By/Sell By dates July 20 through August 17, 2026.Approximately 1,589,577 dozen eggs were produced in Texas and distributed to retailers and food-service customers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, including Kroger stores in Texas and Louisiana, Brookshire Grocery stores in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Mississippi.If you purchased these eggs, do not eat them. Return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or discard them.
