Javier Garrido Meléndez: Su formación es como Ingeniero Electrónico egresado del Instituto Tecnológico de Minatitlán, estudio la Maestría en Ingeniería Eléctrica y Doctorado en Control Automático en el 2015 por el Centro de Investigaciones de Estudios Avanzados del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (CINVESTAV). Actualmente Profesor de Tiempo Completo de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Veracruzana, Campus Coatzacoalcos. Su Producción Académica cuenta con artículos publicados en revistas internaciones con temas relacionados en Energías Renovables y Control Optimo, cuenta con el reconocimiento como investigador Nivel 1 por el CONACyT, y el reconocimiento de perfil deseable por parte de Prodep y actualmente es integrante del cuerpo académico UV-CA-466 “Mecánica Eléctrica”.
