Migrants' access to goods and services in the context of international human rights law

Aoife Nolan (Durham Law School) takes us through the relationship between migrants' rights and international human rights instruments. The aim of the series is to explore the relationship between the development of welfare states and the framework of entitlements and restrictions for migrants found in entry and settlement criteria, with the second half of the series focusing on the implications of welfare state inclusion or exclusion for the economic, social and civic participation of migrants.
