Afgelopen januari ben ik met jullie de commitment aangegaan om maandelijks samen onze cijfers te evalueren. Het evalueren van je cijfers, en vooral op basis daarvan strategische keuzes maken. Niet altijd maar harder gaan lopen en blijven gassen, maar strategische keuzes maken zodat je makkelijker en efficiënter jouw winst kan verhogen. Ook deze maand neem ik je mee in mijn eigen financiële evaluatie van de maand februari. Een kijkje achter de schermen of ik zelf eigenlijk wel mijn doelen behaal en wat ik omzet. Wat we vaak zien is dat we vooral naar onze cijfers willen kijken in de allerbeste maanden. We nemen immers ook vooral foto's van het uitzichtpunt en niet van de weg naar boven.
