1. Mike, drinking age was 19 then I turned 20 then it was 21 .. how about you mom? No we did not drink ...fathers stepfather drank. 2. Mike announces photo shoot video we took with Linda and posted to our website. 3. Mike announces new video program for January 2021. 4. Mom, dec 7th 1941 they were moving to a new two story house ..car drive by to say to turn in the radio .. we are at war .. and Donna says .. where is Hawaii? 5. Father said, and all those young boys will die 6. Under rations there were no silk stockings .. so we drew a line up the back of the leg to simulate a silk stockings .. material needed for parachutes .. for the war. 7. Parents became air raid wardens .. and they sat in top of a lookout post to look for Japanese .. all night long .. in top of a water tower in the maintains. 8. We used black out curtains in our home to hide from Japanese bombers .. 9. mom remembers the beach getting bombed ... 10. In high school the day after Hickman field was bombed in Hawaii the students were moved to my classroom .. 11. Uncle Ralph and Vernon were our favorite uncles .. uncle Ralph died in a plane that was sabatoged ... my uncle Vernon became a pilot. 12. Most men in class were. Inside red 4F .. west was 4F? .. had problems hearing or seeing or walking .. 13. Mike performed a monologue for Claire Simon .. meals for monologues .. this year I did a scene from up in the air with George Clooney . And read the monologue . 14. Talked about bring a middle child .. and recommend folks to play guitar with old town school of folk music .. play any instrument 30min a day every day of the week .. send me an email for more info. 15. I did not want to play a scene from something recent .. 16. Mom, happiest time with your family. I remember going over to the ocean. We went to the movies and saw Flash Gordon .. and enjoyed a Texas burger for 0.25 ! We worked 2-3hrs for our uncle for 0.50 .. the burger was as big as a plate! Wow! I was a burgie kid .. loved hamburgers 17. Our uncles would take us out on a boat when we had rain .. and got into some mud before going home .. mom was mad. 18. When we had a snow storm our dog Gina walked over the fence and into the front yard . 19. Queen Elizabeth loves corgi’s .. and mom showed me her corgie’s in the back of a jeep .. they were baby corgies .. the queen is now 95 and her husband is 100! Wow!
