Mike and Fran Unrehearsed - Episode 25

1. We just stayed hone for New Years .. watched “that’s Entertainement” with all the old MGM movie stars .. 2. Mike - did not see the actual ball drop .. it’s just a figure of speech .. 3. Mom - read articles about people keeping their Xmas decorations up longer. 4. Mike - this year we have sparky lights up the stairs. 5. Mom got a beer pong grab bag .. ridicules gift for mom .. but Ryan grabbed it. Our grab bags we bought at Costco .. nice fluffy towels and two nice knit hats .. 6. Mike - got a case of chocolate liqueur, real tasty, Linda said it was a good choice for me. 7. We’re making up our own questions now so please help! One war send more questions 8. Last week we responded to Nancy’s letter she sent, Mom’s student teacher. Mom said it was great to work with Nancy and that she listened to our show. 9. Bears vs Packers game on Sunday didn’t go so well .. 10. It’s 2021 - vaccines are slowly coming out .. the roll out is not going too well so far ..but we will get there, slowly but surely. 11. Mom is thinking about getting the vaccine .. but is worried about her allergies . They say severe allergies can be very bad . . Peanuts or other food items. 12. Mike - they can handle allergies . But cannot handle a severe case of COVID 19. 13. New strain is a concern .. but hopefully we’ll be ok. 14. Mike - there are young people who are dying in three days .. even if you het the shot it takes about a month to have an effect. 15. Mike - let’s say thanks to all the people that are on the front lines .. that helped to keep us safe. 16. Mom & Mike read in the paper about a retired carpenter who built some desks for kids to study at in their home .. a very nice story. We both read the paper everyday .. and mom has to do the crossword puzzles .. otherwise there’s no reason to get out of bed. 17. What have you guys been eating lately that is healthy? We ate a ham for Xmas . But need to minimize the amount of processed foods. 18. Mike - made a quick recipe with Avocados .. didn’t turn out that good .. but the quiche was great . We used a Cauliflower crust and asparagus with spinach .. mmm good! 19. Mike - new Hot air fryer is great fun! Going to try . Shrimp scampi, feta cheese vegi burger, Vietnamese meatball s, adzuki beans are good to eat. 20. Mike - if you were to buy a new computer would it be a mac or a PC. Mike, went shopping for an AMD Ryzen processor vs an Intel processor .. Dell inspiring Ryzen 7 512 SSD .. 21. Mom - what’s a PC? 22. Mike - oh boy .. a personal computer .. we’ll get into that next week .. by for now!
