Mom read the Betty White book I got her .. mom was more surprised to hear about the other things she did in her career. Interesting book. She’s getting near 100yrs old. 3. Prince Phillip died last Friday at 99yrs of age .. mike watched “The Crown” and learned about Prince Phillip and how he had to be the second fiddle so to speak .. We will plan to watch the funeral with all the family. Prince Charles might be able to have a chance as king, but we will see. 4. Talked about the opera Winfrey interview with prince Harry and his wife Megan .. and how she said she had no idea of what to expect . Mike .. give me break .. 5. Mom did things she did for money maybe next time .. but today we will talk about the package that came in the mail from cousin Kathleen from Nancy’s garage .. which contains all the memorabilia from her parents .. we received letters and diaries and all types of things .. even a letter that Mom wrote on my behalf to her parents when I was 2 1/2 days old .. pretty incredible. 6. Cousin Kathryn & Warren are like kids in a candy store .. planting palm trees in the yard in their new home in Eugene Oregon .. putting up a ton of Xmas lights .. because a neighbor told them they needed to put up lights .. and they did! 7. Kathryn as a ling time private plane stewardess has tons of stories about the celebrities she worked with and will someday write a book .. Michael Jackson was great .. nicest person you could ever meet .. very sweet! And slapped on the rear by president Bush .. 8. Aunt Nancy will be moving in with her daughter in July a d we will be going out to Oregon in June to visit and help out with the move. 9. Mom being eldest child Mom will be receiving all the materials from her parents Frances Elaine Babb and Avon Dale Babb who lived to 97 and 91yrs of age. 10. We received their passports, diaries, weather reports, even from 1927 when mom was born .. mom’s mom called her “jingle” so cute .. 11. Mom got a book for her mom when she was in the hospital .. but didn’t read what it was about .. it was about a very sexual relationship .. oh no! 12. Mom found a letter from her father with the 22nd aero squadron before we had an official Air Force from Toronto Canada 🇨🇦. Wrote letters about flying as a gunner and a pilot with a picture of planes fighting in the air. 13. Mom - the letter that choked us up was the letter I wrote my parents when Michael was born .. Mike read a western union note my father sent to her parents on may 25th 1959 tbd day Michael was born .. My husband was so proud that he finally had a boy. 14. Michael read the letter that mom wrote to her parents on his behalf at 2 1/2 days old .. I am full of vim vigor and vitality .. ha! Burp I’m eating good now .. taking after dad I probably want Beer! I only get a few glances of dad now and just see his bright white smiling teeth .. I’m 7lbs 11oz .. 20” long .. mom stripped me down to make sure I was a boy .. I love to put my head on my moms shoulder a d sleep .. I’m sleepy now .. good game for now .. Michael James Latone.. 15. Mom - nobody lives forever .. everyone has these books and mementoes in life .. I’ve always wanted to write a memoir about my parents ... that would great .. mom lives her parents dearly .. 16. Mike - hey mom we can now live it up .. now that we both have received two Pfizer shots.. mom yea and we’ll be going to a wake to celebrate .. but with friends we haven’t seen in a long time. .. and I can get my haircut!
