This procedure brought to light areas of improvement for the company, and was an internal reckoning for President and CEO Mike Davis. But, with the path forward now made clear, the team at Davis Pier is recommitting themselves to practicing internally the values they espouse outwardly: inclusion, equity, and responsibility to their community.
