Mike Elliott and Chris Gill from Over-C on managing operations & remote worker risks

Mike Elliott, CEO, and Chris Gill, Director of Risk Management of Over-C join me on this week's episode of the Safety and Risk Success Podcast.  Over-C is a digital technology stack which allows building owners greater visibility on what's happening in their buildings and with their remove workforce. From tracking activity, to ensuring compliance, to helping to defend claims - the software brings various tangible benefits. In the interview, Mike talks us through his background and the challenges he saw that he sought to address by founding the company. Chris explains his background in insurance and how, when he saw the platform, he had a Eureka moment. Some of the outcomes achieved by product users are very impressive indeed, from cost control, to compliance, to customer experience. This approach is very much aligned with my focus on achieving the 4 Ps: Protection, Performance, Profit and Power. As I comment in the interview, there are other solutions that do similar things to this, but Over-C is by far the most impressive that I've yet seen. I'd certainly recommend checking it out.
