Every diet is different and has different benefits/effects for everyone, you just have to figure out the one that is best for you. The early stages of his fitness journey through athletics and how America helped shape him. Going from the culture in Denmark to a complete change in America where guys eat sleep and breathe the sport. Also the differences in culture from West Coast to East Coast to Midwest in America. Then hitting a complete change and transition being an athlete to now coaching athletes. The struggle of being a GA and living paycheck to paycheck having to spend his last year sleeping on the couch but making things work because of the drive and passion for what he believed in.
