Mike Hopkins on Switching From Zone to Man: I Want to Win

In less than 24 hours, Washington Men's Basketball Head Coach Mike Hopkins met with the media twice - once right after UW's 103-58 exhibition win over St Martin's and then Monday afternoon. In the second media session, Hop went more in-depth in the change from the zone defense he brought in from Syracuse to a man-to-man defense designed by Hall of Famer Larry Brown.Hop gave his thoughts on what he saw after watching tape of the St Martin's game, the transition from zone to man and the part Brown played as the new defense's architect, and how he's going to manage arguably the deepest roster he's had since he's been on Montlake.
