Mike Kelly Joins Pacific Men's Basketball | Pacific Tigers Basketball News

Pacific men’s basketball just pulled off a major coaching coup by bringing in Mike Kelly — a proven winner with head coaching stints in three pro leagues and a gold-medal run leading Australia’s national team. After guiding the Boomers to an undefeated FIBA Asia Cup title and a World Cup qualification, Kelly also boasts a semifinal run in China’s top league and multiple defensive honors from his 15-year playing career in Australia. A native Californian with deep roots in the game, he’s now joining forces with head coach Dave Smart to elevate the program — and he’s already ready to get to work.
