Mike McCoy Joins Raiders as Assistant Head Coach

The Las Vegas Raiders are reportedly adding Mike McCoy to their coaching staff as the assistant head coach. McCoy joins the team under the leadership of Klint Kubiak, a first-time head coach who previously worked under McCoy in Denver. This move provides the Raiders with a veteran presence, as McCoy formerly served as the head coach for the Los Angeles Chargers and held various coordinator roles. Most recently, McCoy acted as an interim head coach for the Tennessee Titans following a mid-season staff change. Beyond this significant hire, the organization is also looking to fill its offensive coordinator position by interviewing Frisman Jackson. These coaching adjustments highlight the franchise's efforts to build a robust leadership team for the upcoming season.
