Mike Motil - Head Boys Coach at St. Francis High School

Mike Motil is the Head Boys Coach at St. Francis High School in Mtn. View, CA.  He has been the head coach since 2008 and has won 3 Central Coast Section Championships.  Many of his players have gone on to the collegiate and even professional ranks (NBA Veteran Tyler Johnson).  We have a great conversation on the ups and downs of coaching, managing basketball & family and his motivation to continue his coach journey.
