Mike Sanders - Seek. Adapt. Endure.

Mike Sanders, M.A.Ed, CSCS is the Human Performance & Wellness Coordinator for 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne).  Mike received his Master's Degree in Education (emphasis Exercise Science) in 1999 from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He was the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the University of Denver from 2001 to 2010.  Mike was blessed to be part of back-to-back national championships in D-I men's ice hockey while coaching at DU.  In 2010 Mike accepted a position as a Human Performance Specialist physically preparing SEALs for combat in Virginia Beach.  Mike came to 7th SFG(A) in 2010.  He has extensive experience and knowledge working with tactical athletes in the Special Operation Forces community and has trained many athletes ranging in age, experience, and level.  Mike is also an author and is the president and founder of Junto Tribe Ministries.  Most importantly, he has been married to his wife of 18 years, Julie, and has two daughters, Chayla and Grace.
