I Love and miss you, Dad. Our next guest is Mike Schiappa, who serves as the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) for Beeline, a software company that services the human capital & contingent workforce marketplace.  As CPO, Mike is part of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for the strategy, execution, and success of the company.   Mike is a highly experienced Procurement Executive with a proven track record of running world-class procurement operations.
