Mike Sheely, Optimist by Nature, Servant Leader by Choice

Mike Sheely is the Field Senior Vice President of Allstate Insurance Co., Florida Region; celebrating 37 years with Allstate in October 2020. He is responsible for over $2BB in Allstate P&L, and $1.5BB Brokerage, and is the President and CEO of Castle Key Insurance Company. Mike began his career as a Supervisor Trainee in Charlotte, NC in 1983. He has worked in Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Underwriting, Marketing and Sales. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Marine Science and Geology from the University of SC, and had dreams of being the next Jacques Cousteau - yet somehow ended up in insurance. Mike serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chamber of Commerce, he's a member of the First United Methodist Church in St. Petersburg, and is a life longer learner from books and podcasts. Mike's married way over his head to Susan Pasky Sheely, and his identical twin sons currently living in Destin Florida & Atlanta Georgia.
